问题产生背景是：在配置window server2012服务器时安装redis-desktop-manager-0.8.8.384.exe报错，我已经安装了VC_RedistInstaller.zip压缩包的内容了，还是不行。
解决方法是：安装vc_redist-2015.x64.exe VC++2015 64位版本
